We want you to love what you receive from NAI & CO.
Returns:
Unused, unworn jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Earrings
- Used or worn jewelry
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Limited or special-order pieces
- Items specifically created or selected as part of a customized NAI & CO. experience
Handmade and naturally varied pieces:
Because some NAI & CO. pieces are handmade or feature natural stones, beads, or individually selected components, slight variations in color, shape, placement, and appearance may occur. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Damaged or incorrect orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@naiandco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
